HVAC System Replacement – Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Expertease Plumbing and HVAC completed a full HVAC system replacement in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, removing the existing equipment and installing a fully matched heating and cooling setup. The project included replacement of the furnace, indoor coil, outdoor condenser, a full line‑set flush, and all required electrical upgrades including a new outdoor disconnect.
Removal & Line Set Preparation
We began by removing the old furnace coils and the existing outdoor condenser. The previous system had left residue inside the refrigeration lines, so our team performed a thorough line‑set flush to eliminate any remaining contaminants. This step ensures the new system operates cleanly and prevents old refrigerant byproducts from entering the new equipment.
Installation of New Matched Components
Once the line set was prepared, we installed the new indoor coil and set the new outdoor condenser.

All electrical work was completed to support the new equipment capacities and meet job specifications.
